At Delta Power, we:

ACQUIRE
Delta Power has grown principally through the acquisition of power projects and companies. Delta sources and manages acquisition opportunities, principally focusing on operating natural gas and coal fired facilities. We have successfully closed numerous transactions where Delta Power has identified an opportunity and led the structuring and negotiating of the transaction from inception through closing.

DEVELOP
Delta Power actively develops power projects in the U.S. typically of up to 500 megawatts, and in certain cases, larger projects of up to 1,000 megawatts, particularly where a competitive advantage exists. Delta focuses on Greenfield, Brownfield, and re-powering project opportunities. We perform all required analytical functions including: analyze electrical and thermal loads and site conditions, optimization of technical, operational, financial, and environmental considerations, and negotiation of transaction, construction, financial, and operating agreements.

FINANCE
Delta Power's management has extensive experience and success in completing financing transactions, including sourcing, arranging, negotiating and structuring senior and subordinated debt and equity for single projects and portfolios.

MANAGE
A key contributor to Delta Power's success is our outstanding ability to manage assets after closing, resulting in enhanced value. We have invested significant resources in this area, which has added tangible value to Delta Power and its partners.

OPERATE AND MAINTAIN
Delta Power Services, LLC, an operation and maintenance company was formed in 2003 to operate and maintain Delta Power owned assets where feasible and beneficial to the project. Delta Power Services will also operate non- Delta Power owned assets on a select basis.
