Summary
Mr. Rahman was a senior associate for approximately
three years in the Banking and Institutional
Investment group of the Los Angeles office of
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he
specialized in domestic and international project
finance transactions, restructurings and leveraged
acquisition financings. Before joining Skadden, Arps
in Los Angeles, Mr. Rahman was the expatriate legal
counsel and company secretary for a multi-national
ammonia-urea fertilizer project in Bangladesh, where
he reported directly to and assisted the chief
executive on all facets of the company’s operations,
including project construction, commissioning and
restructuring.
Experience
Mr. Rahman also practiced as a litigation associate
in the Skadden, Arps Los Angeles office and at the
litigation and bankruptcy boutique firm of Stern,
Neubauer, Greenwald & Pauly.
Education
Mr. Rahman holds an A.B degree from Cornell
University and is a graduate of the University at
Buffalo School of Law. |
