Kenneth M. Ross,
Vice President - Asset Management

Summary
Mr. Ross has nearly 30 years of experience in the
power industry in areas ranging from power plant
development and finance to plant operations. He has
successfully developed, financed, and managed
numerous private power plants in the United States
and abroad. He has extensive corporate management
experience in the private power industry.
Experience
Prior to joining Delta Power Company, Mr. Ross was a
co-founder and Managing Principal of Sceptre
International, LLC. While at Sceptre he led the
acquisition and sale of several power projects for
various clients, and was responsible for management
of a cogeneration project in Southern California.
Prior to founding Sceptre, Mr. Ross served as
Executive Vice President of Sceptre Power Company, a
joint venture among several Canadian natural gas
companies, formed to develop power project
opportunities. Under his direction Sceptre Power
developed projects in the United States, Pakistan,
Brazil, China and Mexico.
From January 1989 until December 1993 Mr. Ross was
Vice President of North Canadian Power Company, a
wholly owned subsidiary of North Canadian Oils, Ltd.
Where Mr. Ross was responsible for development and
financing of cogeneration power projects. He created
a company that provided in excess of $100 million in
net value to the parent company during a four-year
period by completing four power projects in
Michigan, Florida and New York.
Mr. Ross also founded Ultrapower Services Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary of Ultrasystems Incorporated
in September 1983. Ultrapower Services was formed to
operate and manage private power plants, and was
expanded to manage over 10 power projects across the
United States. The company was successfully sold to
Constellation Energy.
In addition, Mr. Ross worked for over 13 years at
Southern California Edison Company having worked at
several power plants including management of a fuel
pipeline system, and developed and permitted a solar
power project.
Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Colorado. |
